Abstract

Current and comprehensive recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, which are based on the recommendations of the American Association of Neurosurgical Care, supplemented by the Association of Cardiac Diseases and the American Stroke Association, the European Stroke Organization and the Korean Society of Interventional Neuroradiology are presented. Proof of recommendations strength is assessed in accordance with class and level of evidence.
